• Food trailer bookings

All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

Orders & Payments

• Orders must be placed online through our website, by phone, or via email.

• A minimum notice is required for large catering orders (typically 48–72 hours).

• Full payment or deposit may be required to confirm bookings.

• We accept payments through secure third-party processors (e.g., Wix Payments, Square, PayPal).

Prices listed on the site are subject to change without notice. All sales are in USD.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled order/event.

• Orders canceled less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a full refund.

• Once food has been prepared or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days if approved.

Allergies & Dietary Needs

We take food safety seriously, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers must inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Eggs & Salsa Catering is not liable for allergic reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially if:

• There is abusive behavior toward staff

• Last-minute changes disrupt our schedule or operations

• Safety of our team or customers is compromised
