The beginning: Waynedale Café by Eggs & Salsa, was founded in 2009 by Anabel Martinez, a passionate cook and proud mother of nine. What began as a small restaurant quickly became the heart of her family’s future. With grit, love, and flavor, Anabel built a loyal following — one delicious dish at a time.
Years later, in 2015, her oldest son and daughter-in-law partnered with her, turning that family dream into a full-scale catering experience. Together, as three generations working side by side, our family is committed to delivering unforgettable meals and warm, personalized service for every event we touch.
